8 and a half months old

Our little punky poo is growing up so fast!  She's army crawling all over the place now and is determined to get where she wants.  She's so smart and distracting her from what she's headed towards is most times a lost cause.  Before long, she'll be pulling herself up onto the furniture and walking (hopefully not too soon though 'cause momma wants her baby to be little for a while longer).

 Such a messy baby needed a bath.  Addisyn sure loves her bath time.  If you say splish splash, she splashes water all over!!

 Checking out my new pool.  Mommy said I can go swimming tomorrow.

8 Months Old

Addisyn is getting so big. She's *almost* crawling. The last couple days she's started "army crawling". And she's a good spinner and roller. The ladies at daycare say she gets wherever she wants in the infant room. Determined little booger fell out of the bumbo seat there last week...chasing a toy that was out of reach!!

We had a visit from Grandma and Grandpa after

G'ma got back from her mission trip.  She needed her baby fix.  Here's Addisyn playing with the monkey toy uncle JJ sent.

I got her!

Addisyn loves her puppy dogs.  She decided to roll over by the gate in the kitchen to visit them for a while.  She's such a stinker.  She'd put her fingers up for the doggies to lick her and laugh and laugh.

Mother's Day Weekend, we went to visit everyone in CP.  Here I am showing Grandpa my new monkey.

Addisyn wanted a bite of mommy's watermelon.  She LOVED it!!  Here's a picture of her "oooohhh, that's cold" face!  She would take a bite and then squint and then open her mouth like a little bird for more. LOL.

All the excitement wore baby doll out.

Addisyn loved to sit with Grandpa in the front window and watch the cars go "Zoom"!!!











We also got to go see Addisyn's great grandma for Mother's Day!  We walked in and Addisyn went right to grandma great and gave her a big hug!!  Here's a picture of them sitting on the couch.
