Baby's First Thanksgiving!

We are officially All Turkied-Out!!  After spending Thursday with daddy at the fire house, Friday at Grandma and Grandpa's, and Saturday at the McNeely's, mommy thinks that we'll pass on the turkey for a little bit!  Here are some pics from our Holiday Weekend...

Thanksgiving #2 - Grandma & Grandpa Gettler's

We also had a visit from Aunt Donna and Uncle Rich.  We were so happy they came to see us!

Auntie Elizabeth stopped to see us too!  She brought us our very first Christmas ornament!  A little monkey! :)

Great Grandma Leonard came to see us too!  We finally got our 4 generation picture!!  Yay!!  Addisyn had all kinds of stories to tell Grandma Great and she showed her how she learned to blow bubbles too!

One more hug for Auntie Julie before she had to get on the road and head back to North Carolina!

Cousin Spencer can't wait till I get bigger so we can play together!  He was so cute - he made me a paper plate rattle at school and gave it to my mommy so I could play with it at home!

10 Weeks Old

Well, we survived our first few days of mommy going back to work!  Uncle Justin and Grandpa watched Addisyn on mommy's first day back and they had tons of fun!  Uncle Justin watched Addisyn for mommy's second day back and then tag-teamed with daddy for the 2 days before Thanksgiving. They had a blast as well.  Aside from a few diaper-bag forgetting incidents, they did pretty well.  At least they didn't forget the baby!!  On one of their outings, they went to the mall and Addisyn rode in her umbrella stroller and watched the world go by!  Uncle Justin said everyone was oooh-ing and aaahh-ing over her.  Mommy wasn't too surprised - she's so darn cute!!

9 Weeks

This week flew by way too fast!!  Mommy has to go back to work tomorrow (Friday) and I'm sure going to miss her!  But Uncle Justin and Grandpa are going to play with me while she's at work.  Hopefully mommy's cortisone shot kicks in and her wrist starts feeling better or it's going to be a rough day putting her office back together and typing on the computer all day!

2 Months Old!!

2 months old!!  Mommy can't believe how fast the time has flown by!! 

As usual, we had another crazy week.  Mommy ended up with the worst sinus infection she's ever had and practically lost her voice.  She sounded like a whispering fool for a couple days and now sounds like a squeaky toy, but she seems to be feeling better, so the medicines must be helping!

I am getting so big this week!  We just got home from my 2 month checkup and the doctor said I weigh 11 pounds and I'm 24 inches long now!  That's a whole 2 feet!!

All worn out and taking a nap!  Mommy's pretty certain this didn't last long.  I'm getting pretty good at taking cat naps during the day.  Just enough to tease her into thinking she has time to do something!  I sure am a little stinker!

Uncle Jake came to see me this weekend.  He tried to teach me all about "DA BEARS", but mommy told him that when we are in Indy, we cheer for The Colts!!  Guess who won this weekend ... (not da bears).

Look at me!!  I finally got the hippo!!  I've been whacking away at him for the past couple weeks, but I finally caught him!!  Mommy is so proud of me!
